01. About TVPro Player

TVPro Player ("TVPro," "the app," "we," "us") is a media player application developed by Albert Kyei-Mensah, doing business as TVPro Player. The app enables you to load and play your own media playlists using playlist URLs or streaming credentials.

02. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TVPro Player. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.

03. Your Playlist — Your Responsibility

TVPro Player supplies no channels, streams, or content. You are solely responsible for:

• The playlists you load into the app
• Ensuring you have legal authorization to access the content in your playlists
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We do not monitor, moderate, or log your playback activity. We bear no responsibility for any third-party content accessed through the app. All legal liability arising from playlist usage rests with you.

04. Subscriptions & Billing

TVPro Player offers both free and premium tiers. Premium unlocks additional features as described in the app.

Mobile (iOS & Android):

• Subscription plans and pricing are as displayed in the app at the point of purchase
• Processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

TV (Fire TV & Android TV):

• One-time lifetime purchase as displayed in the app
• Payment processed via Stripe through an in-app QR code
• Covers up to 5 TV devices linked to a single purchase
• Separate from mobile subscriptions

Refunds:

• Mobile refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies
• TV refund requests must be sent to support@tvproplayer.com within 48 hours of purchase and are granted at our discretion
• Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable once activated

05. Acceptable Use

By using TVPro Player, you agree not to:

• Access, stream, or distribute pirated or unauthorized copyrighted content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Bypass, circumvent, or disable subscription or payment verification
• Use the app in violation of any applicable law
• Share, resell, or transfer your subscription credentials

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

06. Intellectual Property

The TVPro Player application — including its design, code, user interface, branding, and all related materials — is the intellectual property of Albert Kyei-Mensah and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TVPro Player is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

We are not liable for:

• Any third-party content accessed through your playlists
• Stream interruptions, buffering, or downtime caused by your content provider
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of TVPro Player shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

08. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TVPro Player if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using TVPro Player at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscriptions through your device's app store.

09. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of TVPro Player after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
