By downloading or using TVPro Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About TVPro Player
TVPro Player ("the App") is a media player application developed by Brenawod Group LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").
The App allows users to load and play personal IPTV playlists via M3U URLs or Xtream Codes credentials. TVPro Player is a player only — we do not provide, host, distribute, or have any control over the content you play through the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TVPro Player. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Your Playlist — Your Responsibility
TVPro Player does not provide channels, streams, or any content. You are solely responsible for the playlist you load into the App and for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful.
Important: You must only use TVPro Player to access content you are legally licensed or authorised to access. Using the App to access pirated, unlicensed, or infringing streams is a violation of these Terms and may violate applicable law.
- We are not responsible for the content of any third-party stream or playlist.
- We do not monitor, moderate, or have visibility into what you play.
- Any legal liability arising from your use of a playlist rests solely with you.
Subscriptions & Billing
TVPro Player offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Mobile Plans (iOS & Android)
- Weekly ($2.99), Monthly ($6.99), and Lifetime ($24.99) plans are available.
- All mobile subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Recurring subscriptions (weekly, monthly) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations must be made through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- A 7-day free trial is offered on all plans. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
TV Plan (Fire TV & Android TV)
- A one-time Lifetime payment of $25.00 USD covers up to 5 TV devices linked to your email address.
- Payment is processed via Stripe through a QR code displayed in the App.
- TV subscriptions are separate from mobile subscriptions and do not transfer between pools.
Refunds
- Mobile refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
- TV (Stripe) refund requests may be submitted to support@tvproplayer.com within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
- Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TVPro Player to:
- Access, stream, or distribute pirated or unauthorised copyrighted content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any subscription or payment verification in the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Share, resell, or transfer your subscription credentials to third parties.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
Intellectual Property
The TVPro Player application, including its design, code, interface, branding, and all associated materials, is owned by Brenawod Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TVPro Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brenawod Group LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any content accessed through third-party playlists.
- Interruption or failure of streams caused by your IPTV provider.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TVPro Player at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
