TVPro Player is a standalone media player. You provide your own playlist URLs or streaming credentials. We:
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your subscription status. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information through the app.
Payments on iOS are processed by the Apple App Store. Payments on Android are processed by Google Play. Payments on Fire TV and Android TV are processed by Stripe via in-app QR code. We never receive or store your credit card details. Each processor has its own privacy policy.
We collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage analytics (app version, device platform, OS version) to improve app stability. This data contains no personal identifiers.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in certain areas of the app. AdMob may collect and use device advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Android's Advertising ID), general device information, and app interaction data to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We use The Movie Database (TMDB) API to display movie and series metadata such as posters, ratings, genres, and descriptions. TMDB requests are made from your device and are subject to TMDB's Privacy Policy. No personal data is sent to TMDB.
Your playlists, favorites, watch history, continue watching progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. This data is not transmitted to us or any server.

Since we do not collect personal information through the app, there is no personal data retained on our servers. Subscription records are managed by RevenueCat and the respective app stores for the duration of your subscription.

TVPro Player is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
