TVPro Player is a standalone media player for Fire TV and Android TV devices. You provide your own playlist URLs or streaming credentials. We:
TVPro offers an optional Cloud Sync feature that allows you to sync your playlists, favorites, watch progress, and preferences across multiple devices. If you choose to use Cloud Sync, we collect and store:
Cloud Sync is entirely optional. If you do not sign in, no data leaves your device.
Premium subscriptions on Fire TV and Android TV are processed by Stripe via an in-app QR code flow. We never receive or store your credit card details. Stripe processes your payment and provides us only with your subscription status and a customer identifier. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage analytics (app version, device platform, OS version) to improve app stability. This data contains no personal identifiers.
We use The Movie Database (TMDB) API to display movie and series metadata such as posters, ratings, genres, and descriptions. TMDB requests are made from your device and are subject to TMDB's Privacy Policy. No personal data is sent to TMDB.
Your playlists, favorites, watch history, continue watching progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. If Cloud Sync is enabled, this data is also synced to our secure cloud servers to enable multi-device access.

Cloud Sync data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure using encrypted databases. Playlist credentials are stored encrypted. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest.
We retain your Cloud Sync data for as long as your account is active. If you sign out or delete your account, your cloud data is removed from our servers.
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us at support@tvproplayer.com. Upon request, we will delete all your data from our servers within 30 days.
Local data stored on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings.
TVPro Player is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
